K-MASS™
Thermal Designs, Inc., proprietary molded-on coating system. A tough, permanent coating bonded to equipment that does not affect regular maintenance of the equipment. This epoxy based intumescent coating provides a highly effective barrier to petrochemical and industrial fires, assuring the function and ability to control critical safety systems and shut down operations. Real world testing exceeds UL 1709, ASTM E1529/E119, NFPA 251, and API 607 specifications.

K-Guard® fireproof covers – The “removable” K-MASS™ fireproofing alternative. Providing the same level of survivability as the molded-on K-MASS™ coating but allows for install and removal from equipment in service. Designed to accommodate the equipment options & accessories and provide convenient access to operate & maintain the item.
K-Cab®
(K-MASS™ Coated Cabinets) TDI custom made fire resistant enclosures. All stainless steel construction (NEMA 4X) with features custom tailored to the customers specific requirements. Commonly used as Fireproof cabinets for junction boxes and protection for safety critical electronics and instrumentation.
FireProof Enclosure™
TDI line of "Fire Proof Enclosures". These custom designed enclosures are constructed of stainless steel framing with ceramic fiber walls, featuring interlocking panels fastened together with stainless steel captive bolts and latches where required. Normally supplied with hinged doors or removable sections for access to equipment inside, and thru-panel ports for connections to air or electric signals. Ideal for fireproofing in.situ items or large complex equipment.
